OpenPetition mini data cleaning

Setup

1. Download RStudio and R (see here)
2. double click on the file openpetition-data-min.Rproj -> that should open the project in RStudio
3. add data to data directory (see file name in R script)
4. open reduce-data-for-analysis.R
5. Click Source or execute lines of code with CTRL+Enter.
