This makes use of prost support in CosmWasm/cosmwasm#1769 and converts cw_storage_plus to use prost::Message rather than serde json encoding.
This is meant as a demo. It breaks all existing code. Proper usage would be to make this a cw-storage-plus-prost package (or make this a multi-repo). But for now, I am pushing this branch here so @larry0x can play with it and see if there are sufficient improvements.
