Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether individually or representing an entity) and Sev6n, the creator of Currenton. By accessing and using the Currenton platform, including any related media form, website, or mobile application within Discord (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you affirm that you have read, understood, and consent to abide by all the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms or documents posted on the website are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at our discretion, with any changes being effective upon posting the updated terms. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
User Eligibility
The information provided on the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in jurisdictions where such use would contravene applicable laws or regulations. Users accessing the Services from such jurisdictions are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Services are designed for users aged 13 and above. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.
User Representations
By utilizing the Services, you affirm that:

- You will not engage in automated or non-human access to the Discord Bot.
- You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Your usage will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in activities including, but not limited to:
- Unauthorized data retrieval for compilation or distribution.
- Deceptive practices, including attempts to obtain sensitive account information.
- Interference with security features or circumvention of access controls.
- Actions that harm the reputation or functionality of the Services.
- Use of obtained information for harassment or abuse.
- Misuse of support services or submission of false reports.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the website.

- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content;
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user;
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”);
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services;
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you;
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services;
- Copy or adapt the Services’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code;
- Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services;
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the website, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software;
- Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses;
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise;
- Exchange virtual currency for real value in any way;
- Initiate illegitimate chargebacks;
- Use any type of unauthorized automation within Discord;
- Use the service for unauthorized advertisements.
Contribution License
By providing information or feedback, users grant permission for its storage, processing, and use in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users retain ownership of their contributions and associated intellectual property rights. We are not liable for user-generated content and reserve the right to manage contributions as needed.
Service Management
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor the Services for violations.
- Take legal action against violators.
- Restrict access to contributions.
- Remove excessive or burdensome content.
- Manage Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
Our Data Usage
We keep the information you put (database coins, etc.), your Discord Username and the executed command to make it run faster for you.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details provided by our data protection officer: Information about your data stored by us and their processing (Art. 15 GDPR), Correction of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR), Deletion of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR), Restriction of data processing, insofar as we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Art. 18 GDPR), Objection to the processing of your data by us (Art. 21 GDPR) Data portability, provided you have consented to data processing or have concluded a contract with us (Art. 20 GDPR). If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with future effect.
Payments
When making payments for the Aumount Discord bot Premium Tier, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription: By selecting the Premium Tier payment plan, you agree to subscribe to the Aumount Discord bot Premium Tier for the specified period.
Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize Aumount to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
Payment Processing: Payments for the Aumount Discord bot Premium Tier are processed securely through our payment processor. Aumount does not store your payment information.
Subscription Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the next billing cycle.
Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, Aumount does not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
Features: The Premium Tier of the Aumount Discord bot subscription offers access to advanced features, including:
Customizable commands: Tailor the bot's commands to suit your server's needs. Advanced moderation tools: Manage your server more effectively with advanced moderation features. Premium support: Receive priority support from our team to address any issues or inquiries promptly. Changes to # and Features: Aumount reserves the right to modify # plans and features at any time. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes to their subscription.
Limitation of Liability: Aumount shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Discord bot or subscription services.
