fix yamllint
fix ansible-lint. galaxy meta author/role_name set to match https://galaxy.ansible.com/docs/contributing/namespaces.html#galaxy-namespace-limitations
add CI through molecule and github workflows. not running inside molecule/docker as would need privileges

It likely needs further testing
