背景与动机

This issue serves as a potential extension to Issue #1526
Currently, miyoushe/hoyolab obc guides are added in character pages. Is it possible to add other valuable guides like bwiki guides to char pages? Bwiki genshin impact guides are independent pages so they are easy to index, and their guides are useful for players.

For guides page names are wiki.biligame.com/ys/{charname}/攻略 afaik
