This was caused by the client sending
\r\ncharacters to represent line-breaks in textareas and solved by providing an additional parameter to the constructor ofStringTrimmerEditorSimply replaced the
inputwith atextareathis was caused by a general disable-
onclickhandler and causedresetandsubmitbuttons to be disabled, unconditionally, and fixed by using theonsubmithandler of the form instead
