Negative Edit Numbers in Comment History #1542

How to reproduce: go to edit 1 of an edited comment, and rapidly click the "previous edit" button.

Expected behaviour: comment edit history stops at the original comment

Actual behaviour: the comment goes to edit -1, -2, all the way down.
