Is it possible to share the script creating chopped CRAI for a list of CRAM files?

The method is brief in "SNP and indel calling with GraphTyper" section in Nature volume 607, pages 732–740 (2022) paper.

Hey,

sorry this script was not released along with the publication, it definitely should have been. I am not the author of the script, so I will need to ask a bit around if I or someone else can put it on Github.
