Will be possible after zadigetvoltaire/nuxt-gtm#15 is fixed. Then we could also add Hotjar.

and it would simplify management/maintenance of course, because we'd no longer need to add it manually as described in #5 (comment)

gtag is being used as from 45559d3, it's working okay - we don't need the nuxt-gtm plugin.
