This is the legacy version of ftmsRanalysis and includes all changes up to dd3bc3afbf6d1250d1f86e22b936dcc154f4101d. A large overhaul is in the works which will include the following:

  • Have the ability to ingest output from Core-MS
  • Remove uses of stale packages from delta-rho (the old trelliscope and datadr)
  • Modernize the uses of Kegg and MetaCyc databases
