After 3 years through:

Game Jam & Hackathon
Inter-ship
Experimentation
Client Prototyping

I have understood that:

it is extremely important to write up your research.
it is crustal to store an archived your projects.
it is nice to have videos and images archived of all your works.
It is fateful to recycle your work and learn from it.

That what I am doing now:

I am archiving my work
Making a centralized access to my work
Recycling my source codes and projects to generate a toolbox

But it takes so much time !
