[HelpDot] Remove #gsc.tab=0 from homepage

Details

#gsc.tab is appended by google search script for help dot. (Reference: https://stackoverflow.com/a/48903354)
It was fixed in PR #31244, but it still appears on the home page.

I'm doing some trial and error to see if this PR removes it for the home page.
