几处翻译细节的说明：
1，首段中所引用的implemented-proposals/staking-rewards没找到对应中文文档，故直接指向英文文档
2，"The Vote account..."翻译成“Vote账户”而非“投票账户”， 因为Vote处于句中但首字母大写。
3，文中结构体名、变量名不做翻译
4，原文“The Stake account is moved from Initialized to StakeStateV2::Stake form” 应该是 “The Stake account is moved from StakeStateV2::Initialized to StakeStateV2::Stake form" 故在中文翻译时补上了”StakeStateV2::“
5，Tower BFT的引用，没找到对应的中文文档，故直接指向英文文档
6，Passive Staking Callflow所引用的图片，直接指向官方文档中引用的图片

两点建议：
1，slash直译为削减，砍，个人感觉翻译成“罚没”比较适合上下文
2，vote credits，当前中文术语表翻译为“投票信用”，个人感觉“投票积分”更好，“信用”一词不太好量化
