Description

This PR adds a link to AgileRL tutorials in the docs. It deals with issues arising from #839 and includes only a link to tutorials rather than hosted ones. We have kept the original PR open, hoping we can resolve that, but see this as a solution for now. @Kallinteris-Andreas @RedTachyon I hope this is acceptable.
