Make the sample db smaller by:

  • Only including a small number of crops and fields.
  • This will ensure that tests run faster and more reliably.

Later a larger sample database can be created if it is desired.

This will require updates to the tests in the main FarmData2 repo as well because they rely on the specific contents of the sample database.

This PR 
- links in the `farmosUtil.js` library from the FarmData2 repo instead
of having its own version.
- enables the `views_ui` module in Drupal.
- reduces the size of the sample database by reducing the number of
areas and crops.

BREAKING CHANGE: Changes the areas and crops that appear in the sample
database which will break FarmData2 tests.
