This adds the ability to send a request to a Streamerbot instance, via a temporary websocket. A websocket was used in lieu of an HTTP request, as the HTTP server within Streamerbot has issues related to CORS, which the websocket implementation doesn't experience.
This can be used to provide an interactive integration between Twitch chat and Streamerbot, opening up the possibility for interesting and unique creations.
