Song loops when adding a cutscene at the end of a song

Random issue I found is that when I tried adding a cutscene at the end of a song, it works fine when testing it in the chart editor, but when I play it through freeplay, the song loops and the cutscene doesn't start
It was like that until a couple of minutes ago of writing this, maybe because I restarted the game? I didn't change any code
Anybody else had this issue?
I couldn't record it because it was a chance thing and not 100% guaranteed

Pause and unpause in the song like five times to get the cutscene to work
