Version 1.2.0 - Container use
GeCKO now uses a Singularity container to run all workflows' rules.
Conda is not needed anymore.
GeCKO only requires Snakemake and Singularity/Apptainer.
The container's image is automatically downloaded from Sylabs Cloud.
Version 1.1.0 - UMI support
GeCKO can now process sequences tagged with Unique Molecular Identifiers (UMIs) and perform duplicate removal based on UMIs using UMI-tools
instead of Picard MarkDuplicates
