Hi there 👋
I am Gabriel Nakamura 👋, a brazilian Ecologist working on the development of numerical methods in between community ecology, macroevolution, and biogeography. My most recent projects involve:
- Mapping biological knowledge shortfalls and their impacts on ecological and macroevolutionary patterns
- Developing methods to unveil the imprints of competition in deep time and macroevolutionary dynamics
- Investigate systemic biases in citation dynamics in Ecology and Evolution
Please check out my website 🏠 https://gabrielnakamura.netlify.app/ for more info.
Here, you will find repositories for published papers, ongoing projects, and some R packages.
