Fixes and enhancements based on round 3 of feedback

Fixes:

• Attempt to improve behavior of scrolling inside pending images panel
• Replace wonky popover component with improved library
• Delete jobs in progress

Enhancements:

• Add external link to CivitAI for LoRAs
• Split logic for generating imageBlob URL into its own hook.
• Lazy load remote images from Github styles repo
• "Favorite" and "Recently Used" LoRAs save entire LoRA payload, not just specific model version. (Note: All of this should automatically apply to embeddings, once I've enabled it).
• Style updates to ImageView modal and Image Gallery page
• Can now click on one of the "pending panel stats" to directly apply filter (e.g., "done" vs "processing")
• Implement full screen view component.
