MemoQ plugin for new OPUS-CAT MT Engine version

Old MemoQ plugins cannot be used the new OPUS-CAT MT Engine version (1.3.x)+, due to changes in local network communication method used. If you use the new engine and MemoQ, please use this or later plugins.
