It's about time we converted the docs' examples to use /opt/homebrew as the Homebrew prefix, leaving /usr/local only for Intel-specific cases.

What about /home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew for Linux?

In most cases /home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew gets a mention except where its presence hampers readability, e.g. path examples in tables.
