I added a bootstrap script so you can just run
script/bootstrapto setup npm packages, bower components, and gems. This is useful particularly because now that we are including the scss-lint gem (from #296) and there is an issue with the gem name (since it was recently changed), this will ensure folks are getting the right dependencies at the start.
