download repo and head to local repository

      1. conda create -n <name> python==3.x

      2. pip install -r requirements.txt

      3. python3 manage.py makemigrations
      4. python3 manage.py migrate
      5. python3 manage.py createsuperuser

      6. python3 manage.py runserver

7. head to --> localhost:8000/visuals
