We're a fully remote, distributed team across 4 different timezones. You'll be working at the times that suits you best. We don't mind your personalised work schedule as long as we can keep your deliverables timely and of high quality 😊

We’re looking for a key new member to join our small but talented product team. We pride ourselves in fast-paced development while still maintaining high-quality products with simplicity in mind for our end users. You’ll be working with a growing team of engineers distributed across the globe at a time where you’ll have a huge impact on the products but also shaping how that team of engineers grows, performs and delivers amazing experiences that facilitate learning in ways that wouldn’t have been possible before now.

We’re looking for an engineer who shares our passion for innovating and building high-quality products, who can quickly learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving startup environment.

👨‍💻 What You'll Learn

• You’ll work across our entire stack to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• You will learn & use Rails, Javascript, HTML & CSS to build and deliver delightful user experiences.
• Hands-on, production application experience in a startup to level up your skills. No matter where you start, you will leave the internship gaining knowledge, experience and skills by the end of your internship.
• We hire our top performers with competitive salaries after the internship at a full-time or part-time role - whichever is your preference.

✋ Currently Available Internships

1. Zero to Junior 👶

Full-stack engineering internship where you'll learn basics of programming to being able to build web applications in 6 months. 3 months of fast-paced self-motivated learning and 3 months of hands-on development experience in a startup environment.

• Requirements: A working computer.
• Duration: 6 months, full-time.
• Renumeration: Unpaid for 3-4 months (training). Paid during hands-on work (you'll be working on real client projects).

2. University Internship 🎓

Learn how to build large scale production applications from the scoping stage to production deployment. You will be quickly catching up on the stack we use for our software development. Most of your time will be focused on skilling up from there and building your experience in the application development lifecycle.

• Requirements: Great engineering skills and strong computer science fundamentals, experience using in HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience with relational databases, demonstrable work examples.
• Duration: 6 months, full-time.
• Renumeration: Unpaid for 2-3 months (training). Paid during hands-on work (you'll be working on real client projects).

3. Startup Developer Immersion 🏎

You already know how to build web platforms and you're looking to level up as a full-stack developer. You will get to grow and be part of our fast-paced development environment while taking ownership of large features.

• Requirements: Background in computer science degree or relevant or equivalent work experience + demonstrable work examples.
• Duration: Minimum 3 months.
• Renumeration: Paid.
