For Environment: For Spikingformer-CML, we follow the environment from Spikingformer-CML. For Spike-Element-Wise-ResNet, we follow the environment from Spike-Element-Wise-ResNet (Note that we use the previous version with spikingjelly==0.0.0.0.4).
