AzureVmWithODTentacle

This should deploy an Azure VM running Windows 2016, (optionally) with an Octopus Tentacle installed and joined to the specified endpoint.

Deploy to Azure

TODO:

  • Consider packaging OctopusDSC into the zip file
  • Remove further company-specific references so it can be used by anyone
  • Add PublicIP to the template output
