Also update CI to cover Node 10 and higher. I removed the older versions those have since reached EOL and are no longer supported by latest QUnit either.
* Remove grunt-cli dependency (no longer needed). * Update grunt-contrib-jshint to a version that supports Grunt 1. Also update "license" field for npm as the latest npm no longer supports the old format and complains that the package has no license set.
