There are lot's of application that allow to record mobile screen.

The Gear VR is special because he freeze others running services and applications while running.
That a good point for performance reason. It allows you to play smoothly.
The main issue is that it break all screen recorder result.

But lastly ! I found that the almost perfect recorder is SideSync.
Will write up what I learn of it and how to do it.
