Files are stored within relative folders to keep them seperated and organized.
The 'admin' folder stores the admin pages seperate from the public.
The 'css' stores the style sheet of the admin and public site.
The 'pictures' folder stores all image/video/audio files for all pages.
The 'public_site' folder holds the public version of the site that doesn't require being logged in.
The free files within the Project folder are for the logged in user.
