Fixes several issues:

Code completion and method generation broken with newer versions of Unity (Cannot generate event functions with new versions of Unity #219)
Update Unity API up to 2017.30.0b3 (Update API info for 2017.2 #218)
Recognise projects referencing modularised UnityEngine assemblies as Unity projects (Unity reference detection in pre-compiled DLL projects got broken for Unity 2017.2 #241)

Also ensures tests are getting the expected API version
