This issue was first reported as intermittent. But, while developing, I found that one command in "BuildTrayMenu:" made it behave at each first run:

Menu, Tray, Standard
(a few lines after "Menu, Tray, NoStandard" but in a "@Ahk2Exe-IgnoreBegin" section tu run it only in development - but I checked that it happens even outside the ignore section)

I removed this command. This issue stays under surveillance.

OK since I removed the full FP Popup submenu from the right-click Tray menu.
