Yeah I realized after the fact I could probably use the zip function of GitHub:
https://github.com/JoeDog/siege/archive/refs/tags/v4.1.7.zip

May as well just uses this in the future. Easier on the bandwidth :D

That zip won't have a configure script. To generate one, run this at the top level: util/bootstrap
