OMOP v5.3 has had some bug fixes which could be considered breaking changes, so I just dropped support for the old 5.3 DDL. Instead, 5.4.1 is the new default, with the latest 5.3.1 available as an option.
I have not updated the doctests.
Over the next week or so, I'm going to see if working directly with the DDLs is better for my projects. If not, I'll make some additional commits to this repo.
