OBIS_workshop_IFCB_data

This is a repository for the "PCMHAB20: Harmful Algal Bloom Community Technology Accelerator" project funded by NOAA. This is intended for use cases for the IOOS OBIS Bio Data Mobilization Workshop in March 2022.

Input files:

• autoclass_lookup_20220227.csv (this is a comma-separated version of class_vnone_sio_delmar_mooring_20220225_matched_20220227_with_2nd_matched.txt)
• 20220314_stace_query_results_sio_delmar_mooring.csv
