Build Script for Apple silicon Joplin binaries

A script for building Apple silicon binaries of the Joplin App

This script is inspired by this post: laurent22/joplin#6052 (comment)

Changes:

No installation of python2 is required

The target build is a .zip file and no .dmg file.

Getting started:

1. install node, yarn, jq, jo from brew
2. execute the script with version number as argument
