This provides an alternative to the bitmap to display in Mockup to represent a custom control.

This PR adds wxStaticText as a custom Mockup control. When chosen, a wxStaticText control with a simple border will be used to represent the custom control. The dialog to edit this will allow for entering optional text, and optionally centering the text.
