Block Entity Extended Rendering is a mod I made a while back, since block entities have a hard-coded 64-block render distance. Though EBE, which is already on the list, bakes most block entities, there are some it neglects even in vanilla since they're constantly animated, and in modded settings there could be way more block entities. I am, admittedly, unsure if this is a feature in optifine, since I've never used it, but it is in the same general area of rendering mod, so I think it's relevant to the list.
