This release fixes a bug where pressing Start often brings up the ROM menu instead of initiating the CD-ROM boot sequence, added serial flow control support which can be ignored in setups that don't use handshake lines, improved serial IRQ routine and improved controller support.

This version adds PCDRV capabilities and TTY over parallel port with an Xplorer cart, fix regarding controller input on PAL units by reverting to BIOS controller routines and includes source code of the xpcomms tool to be compiled for your (Linux) host system.

This is the first binary release of n00bROM that has all the currently implemented features good enough for basic development capabilities. Flash the ROM to your cheat cartridge using X-Flash and possibly the derivatives others have made. You'll only have to use X-Flash once however as n00bROM has a built-in flash capability useful for updating n00bROM easily.

I have plans to make a simple but easy to use flash utility that downloads the ROM from serial soon, to make it easier to put n00bROM onto cartridges.
