  1. Follow a structured Process (daily stand-up/retros - sprints planning sessions - documented in Waffle)
  2. All Team members engaged and included in all areas of the project
  3. Wiki used to document individual learnings
  4. To achieve the MVP
  5. Quality code over quantity of code
  6. Blockers - keep close track of them - timeframe them - if necessary look to resolve them as a team
