Technical details
This PR adds a new "Card" option for post layout to customize timeline appearance.
Additional notes
Some adjustments have been needed in EntryDetailScreen, ThreadScreen and InboxScreen to make sure paddings, shadows, background and rounded corners have a consistent appearance.
