Features and Updates
- Added Number formats:
- Signed Integers
- Floats: 8, 16, 32, 64, BFloat, TensorFloat
- Added color option to waveforms
- Added "Show in Netlist view" context menu item
- Added scrollbar annotation for marker position

Other Notes
- Linear and Stepped waveform rendering are available in this build, but they are very buggy. I will fix these before release. If you have any ideas for how to improve the feature (aside from making it actually work,) feel free to comment!
- I changed the Activity Bar icon and added file icons for the supported waveform dump formats. Let me know what you think!
