This PR contains fixes for two different instances of invalid UTF-8 in output files:
Üto the F06 by putting it directly into theFORMATstring, andFORMATspecifier running out of data because it still took a string argument despite having the spaces hardcoded, resulting inNULbytes popping up in the "SHEAR element engineering forces section" of the ANS file.
