JAPANESE SUPPORT! Finally, after so long time the Japanese edition is available for 1.0.2.0

This release was untested as I'm unable to do it on my own- if you are Japanese user then please provide any kind of info if it does work (but it should). I might have missed something as this was all done manually. Take care!
