Description of the GIGATL simulations

Basic description of the configuration of the Atlantic Ocean simulations "GIGATL". The simulations use the Coastal and Regional Ocean COmmunity model (CROCO, https://www.croco-ocean.org/). Included in this repository are: a description of the various runs, all source files used for the GIGATL runs, description of the output data (variables, frequency, etc.) and how to access them, information on post-processing tools, some examples of validations and diagnostics, and a list of publications using the GIGATL data.
