CompatHelper: bump compat for EasyJobsBase to 0.5, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the EasyJobsBase package from 0.3, 0.4 to 0.3, 0.4, 0.5.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
