Basic Usage
- Xbox developer account and console configured for Developer Mode...
- If using Xenia Canary version 1.1.0 or higher
- If using Dolphin version 1.0.1. or higher
- If using PPSSPP version 1.14.22 or higher
- If using XBSX2.0 version 2.0.1 or higher
- If using Duckstation version date 2024-03-09 or later
- If using RetroArch version v1.10.1. or higher (Including Mesa RetroArch Builds)
- If using Retrix Gold version 3.0.19. or higher
- For a seamless experience, it is recommended to set up a hotkey for quitting RetroArch. When content is started from LaunchPass, once the user exits RetroArch either with the hotkey or through the menu, it will immediately return to LaunchPass, this can be done with XBSX2 also.
- External storage of any type used for setting up the content library.
- PC/Laptop for setting up LaunchBox to be use for the content library
- A working LAUNCHBOX Database
- Install & Set Up LaunchBox on the USB Device you use for Rom`s on Xbox or if you prefer follow along this awesome Video Guide
If the LaunchPass.xml configuration is found and properly configured, the Settings screen is shown:
and Confirm (A) then press Back (B). You should see a list of platforms and any found content.
This Deletes all cached thumbnails, but also the Play Later playlist.
- Access to all the user theme features.

/Back (B) - open the Log screen. (only while in the Settings screen) - Gamepad Menu/Start - Immediately starts content, works on the Main screen and Collection screen!
