Adds mail tokens which are found in mail and can be exported for an increase to the cargo budget.

Smoking pipe sprite was fixed so it's no longer smashed up below your nose. Tobacco doesn't have nutriment anymore.

Assistants have an alt job title option of Test Subject.

Why It's Good For The Game

Mail Tokens.
So this is a semi-big change to the Cargo economy. Every piece of mail contains a token which can be exported to Central Command via the shuttle for 200 credits each. Yes that seems like a lot but... the max mail rate is 3 letters a minute. Which translates to, at best if all the mail is opened by their respective recipient, a passive 600 credits a minute if Cargo delivers mail. The goal here is to make delivering mail important.

Smoking Pipe Fixes
Adjusted the sprite to look better and fixed the cobpipe and smoking pipe defaulting to an error texture when lit :P

Tobacco
Thy shall not get fat from smoking tobacco! Smoking tobacco via pipe is more tolerable now as you won't get fat after a few puffs since tobacco no longer has nutriment (weed doesn't have nutriment so this can be considered a parity fix along with a QoL adjustment)

qol: The supplying company has further genetically modified their tobacco seeds to remove nutriment for an easier smoking experience.
