Changed: Prison cells are now Rad-Proofed
Changed: The Maints near Pharma/Chem/Lobby have been updated to be actual maints and not part of the medbay center

Fixes some mapping issues on voidraptor regarding Radstorms

Why It's Good For The Game

cause having places that are maints not be maints is annoying and gives prisoners a place to hide from rad storms
