My two cents: First, rename the PR to something like 'Restructured CONTRIBUTING.md' (without apostrophes or quotation marks). Or 'Enhanced CONTRIBUTING.md'. Second, I like the idea of highlighting important terms or phrases. I also like the 'thanks' at the beginning and the ending of the text. I, personally, would remove all the chapter headings (not the title), i. e. all lines starting with ##. |
